VILLAGE CLUB STONE CLUBHOUSE, POOL AND POOL BUILDING RENTAL POLICY

Functions Hosted by Club Members:

  1. Minimum event Rental Charge is $350 for up to 50 guests.
  2. For functions over 50 people, Event Rental Charge is $350 plus $3 for every guest over 50.
  3. The board may make special arrangements for unique circumstances. Written requests shall be submitted in advance to allow review at the monthly board meeting.
  4. Children's parties are limited to 20 children for $50.
  5. There will be no charge for meetings for non-profit groups for up to 20. They have use of the coffee pot, but will provide their own set up and clean up. If help is needed, a $50 fee applies.
  6. Your Village Club account will be billed for your rental, plus a $75.00 cleaning fee.
  7. Your event, including music or entertainment, may not extend beyond midnight.

Functions Sponsored by a Club Member for a Non-Member or Organization:

  1. Sponsoring member must be present during the entire function.
  2. Minimum Event Rental Charge is $1,000 for up to 100 non-member guests.
  3. Event Rental Charge is $1,250 for 101 to 150 non-member guests.
  4. Event Rental Charge is $1,500 for 151 to 200 non-member guests.
  5. Sponsored functions may not exceed 200 guests.
  6. Booking of an event requires prepayment of a $300 refundable damage deposit and a $100 reservation fee.
  7. The Club requires security at parties of 50 or more people. One Off-Duty Cherry Hills Police Officer for 50 - 100 guests, over 100 guests requires 2 officers. Our experience of numerous damages done to the club requires this protection. Currently the charge per officer is $30.00 per hours (3 hr. min.)
  8. Completion of a Stone Building/Pool and Pool Building Rental Contract and payment of the required deposits reserves your date on the Club calendar.
  9. The sponsoring member will be billed on his/her next month's bill.
  10. In the event of cancellation on at least two weeks written notice to the Club Manager, the security deposit will be returned by the Club. In the event of cancellation with less than two weeks written notice to the Club Manager, the security deposit and the cleaning deposit will be retained by the Club.
  11. Rental period is for four hours, plus two hours set-up and one hour clean-up.
  12. The event, including music and entertainment, may not extend beyond midnight.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOSTING OR SPONSORING MEMBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED BY THE VILLAGE CLUB AS A RESULT OF THE EVENT IN EXCESS OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
